Don't forget your binoculars to spot the many sea birds and others, nesting on the reserve next to the site. There is the King Charles coastal path to walk or cycle to the busy seaside resort of Cleethorpes, otherwise it's a 5-minute drive away.

A spacious master with king size bed, wardrobes, drawers and dressing table. Hairdryer and extra pillows and blanket.
Second bedroom with single bed, with second pull out mattress to make a queen-size double. Wardrobe and TV.
Third bedroom with full size bunk beds.
There is a camp bed for a 7th guest and a travel cot with mattress.
Fully fitted kitchen
A built-in kitchen with microwave/ combi oven, induction hob, full size fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle. A dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table with 4 chairs and additional stools. Washing up liquid, sponges and tea towels are provided, as well as cooking essentials such as tea and coffee, oil, salt, vinegar and pepper.
